u Please give 48 hrs. notice to cancel an appointment to
avoid a full service charge

u We allow 15 mins. as a courtesy for late arrivals. If we
are unable to render the complete service due to tardiness,
the full service fee will still apply.

u All deposits are non-refundable for material costs. Options
are: Rebooking, Redo , or product exchange only.

u All services are guaranteed for two weeks.

u To prevent scalp irritations, avoid brushing, washing or scratching
your scalp before a chemical treatment

u Deposit is a must when doing hair extensions.

u All deposits are non-refundable to ensure stylists are
covered for time lost when booked for extensions.

u Maximum late time is 15 with phone call. Appointment is
automatically cancelled without phone call.

u Consultation cost is $25 for regular service or hair exten-
sions.

u If you book more than one service and you wish to cancel
a part of your service (eg highlights and hair cut and you
decide you no longer will get the hair cut), please call 24hrs
ahead and let us know that you wish to cancel this part of
the service.

u If you have extensions from your last service still in your hair
please be advised that there will be a charge to remove exte
sions ,also please let the person booking the appointment know
so they can book enough time to render the complete service.

u Please only have children accompany you if they are old enough to
sit and play by themselves.
