All deposits are non-refundable for material costs. Options are: Rebooking, Redo , or product exchange only.

All services are guaranteed for two weeks.

Deposit is a must when doing hair extensions.

All deposits are non-refundable to ensure stylists are covered for time lost when booked for extensions.

Maximum late time is 15 with phone call

Appointment is automatically cancelled without phone call.

A charge of $20 per every half hour will be billed to you for your next appointment, for last minute cancellations or everything over 15 min late.

Consultation cost is $25 for regular service or hair extensions.

If you book more than one service and you wish to cancel a part of your service (eg highlights and hair cut and you decide you no longer will get the hair cut), please call 24hrs ahead and let us know that you wish to cancel this part of the service.
